It's fair enough if you say the "overweight" range (which there are several BMI standards for, for US and Europe) but unless chubby stops at 30 BMI, "chubby" isn't a descriptive enough term, because unlike the US standard, the Japanese claim 20-25 BMI as overweight, and US overweight (25-30 BMI) is obese in Japan.
Now, this might not stop the bitching and the fragmentation of the 4chan chubby chasers, but unless standards are enforced (not just criticized, but enforced) it's better off to play it fast and loose, or just separate pictures that emphasize slobbery (rolls, cellulite) and those that emphasize ideals without such blemishes.
