Try to obtain images of extremely high resolutions to grab the vaginas from, so that way, when you resize them, they maintain their fidelity and quality. If placing a vagina from another image doesn't work, you should redraw it. Also, your method could be a good if, for instance, you found a suitable image to grab a certain part you want to decensor, but the image resolution doesn't match, if it doesn't but the shape is good, you could always just trace it.
