Is she stealing other girls' swimsuits and wearing them all at the same time like a trophy? Sounds like something she would do, just for kicks.
Somebody needs to work on a series like that. I can imagine the antics that would go on, and the fact that every passing episode, she's wearing another suit on top of her getup, and is being chased by the progressively nude cast; also trying to get their clothes back from her, or off of her (and failing time and again, humiliating themselves in the process), trying to make her nude as their goal (then again, Yukari can always wear a negative-space (like her portals) bikini/pasties underneath all that, that's impossible for anyone to strip off, just to tease us by the end).
