Painttool SAI has brush stability tools, and it's what I use to lineart (The lineart tools are also 100%better than photoshops pentool) but for this stuff, and digital painting in general I really just keep scratching at it until it works. The clean straight lines you see in that image is a result of drawing a line, and then cleaning it up on both sides with either the inner color (For instance, breast outline, then skin coloring overtop of the messy inside) then erasing outside. Or coloring on the background color. There's not many lines that show up on there that are straight and clean that I haven't manually cleaned, I can't just swing my pen and have a great line the first time (Atleast, definitely not when I'm trying to emulate someone elses style&texture)
I've been working myself to death, which has put a large damper on my drive to work, but I'll probably do some in the next 2days. All this work should afford me an Intuos Pro soon. ;w; I'll dream of a cintiq later.
