1st girl obviously represents death.
2nd girl has something to do with either justice or commerce.
3rd girl (very impressive knight get-up btw) holds a blood stained sword, so probably just war as a concept not necessarily a specific war.
4th girl holds a bow, which might also symbolize war. On rare occasion a bow represents duty.

As a whole, the first thing to come to mind is the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Except that they are in reverse order and death is is usually depicted as a light green, the color of decay.

I think it's that, but the order is actually death famine war conquest. because the right most girl looks to be standing in a very triumphant looking pose and is colored white and gold, very victorious colors, while red is a much more "war" oriented color and her armor looks to be for during the fight, not after.

Alright here it is. I'm happy with how it turned out. Hope it's not aggressively stupid.

The basic premise is through a series superhero shenanigans Starfire and Raven are playing hosts to alternate versions of themselves from an alternate universe. Said universe is super relaxed on things like sexuality and even more so on nudity, but The Titans(2 in particular) were very much against the visitors walking around in their birthday suits. So a compromise was reached where the alternate Raven and Starfire would wear the cloths of their more conservative counterparts. Though they didn't say they couldn't modify it more to their liking.

tl;dr Starfire and Raven meet Lewdfire and FreeRaven.

It was a challenge once or twice in the earlier days of this thread. I lost my genderswapped self in a big loss of codes, re-made her again and decided to change different parts of her slightly to make her a unique character as opposed to genderswapped me.

Well lets see: my face is long and thin. I'm tall and lanky with long legs, so for the bust and hips and I kind of had to go off of what my mom has. At the moment I'm sporting a crewcut, but I've always liked short hair on girls so I figure that's what I would have.

Here are a "skeleton" for a group of nerd teen friends I'm making and I thought I'd ask for some input. Sorry for not posing them in an interesting way. The middle one is supposed to be the shortest and least developed kinda like Tomoko. The one on the far left is a goth girl and the one on the far right is a short stack. This was something I started messing around with before I read these posts, but this is basically the orange haired Love Live character (she's so memorable I can't even remember her name!)

Just with different hair, eyes, nose, face, proportions, boobs, public hair, clothing...

But it was supposed to be a slightly adjusted version of her, since I was just messing around with hair outlines.

If you have a photoshop-like photo editor, that allows you to use layers and effects and stuff, you can try writing something, copy the text, change the color of the copied text, give it some gaussian blur and put it behind the original text.

Yeah I stumbled across "Keina" while looking up japanese female names and it reminded me of Keima.

But besides the name reference they aren't too much alike. Keina actually cares about the 3D world (even if she won't admit it sometimes) and plays all kinds of games, not just dating sims.

Incidentally, seeing someone compliment my work has always been an excellent motivator for me to pick back up on a project I shuffled into my backlog forever ago and have been putting off ever since. Put a few hours in and finished them just now.

This remade set should be scaleable to a typical full-body shot (2000x1500 resolution, 05/05 setting in the save tab) without the loss of detail that the huge version had problems with.

There's a back layer too, for an extra bit of detail, or for pictures of the boots removed from the character's feet or sitting on the floor as scenery clutter or whatever.

The last tab on page 2 (pic related.) In the case of something like footwear you'll need a left and right shoe to import individually, so you'll have to prepare those in advance.

Personally, I prefer to edit custom accessories in afterwards... makes it easier to position them than messing around with the sliders K-Kisekae gives you.

First I put the set of images into windows movie maker and turn them into a .wmv
Then I use VSO video converter to turn that into a webm.
Biggest problem right now is that movie maker automatically compresses the images making them lose a lot of quality. Still trying to find a better alternative.

Only downsides being that it doesn't have as many options for frame to frame transitions as WMM, and I can't make each frame be displayed for less than 3 seconds, which winds up increasing the filesize a bit.

It has a fading transition option, but only way I can use the fade and still keep it within 4chans filesize limit is if I downscale it to 720p, which causes similar quality loss (though not as severe as window movie maker).

Was that using OBS? I haven't tried it myself, but the way I was imagining it was using a picture viewer and just video capturing that, so that you could progress manually or set a slideshow with the speed being however you wanted. I guess that'd run into the same sort of limitations though.

So I found this in a folder. Obviously it's not great but what I found interesting was that the file was dated 31 Aug 2013. I don't think it's the oldest picture I've made because I remember when some of the elements were used were new things.

Can you not just click the filename instead of the image to open it in a new tab which automatically resizes it to fit your monitor?

That should work on both chrome and firefox (at least it does for me, and for everyone else as far as I've always known)

Hell I just tried opening it on my phone and it resized and played just fine.

Actually, speaking of old, I just remembered that my first experience with kisekae was using KiSS.exe back when I was a kid, before I even had the internet (a friend gave it to me) - that was back in the days of Windows 3.1. Each character and their clothing came as a set and you'd custom draw your own with a limited palette. I remember having one of Sakura from Street Fighter, but that's about it.

Did anyone else ever have any experience with that?

Sometimes I have to guess which direction you intend to take your story, so as to keep characters in-character. Sometimes I guess wrong (e.g. the {recanted} incident of Jessica as a jealous gun-toting lover). It's your world, I just like to tell jokes in it.

That was made abundantly clear with my favorite, "First Contact". It would appear that Ariel was talked into fondling Mr. Bilbo at Jessica's insistence, though Ariel was clearly not happy with that. I get the feeling that if anything even remotely sexual is involved, that Jessica can not be refused.

Make your character with the clothing you want, duplicate them (export>import into another slot) and then make one of the two transparent (first red body slot iirc) and then remove the clothing from the back layer one (use the initial blue layer tab to choose which one is selected bringing that one to the front.)

Also if you just want to do transparent underwear, 9 makes more transparent, shift9 the opposite, ctrl9 resets to opaque. This is also useful for doing squashed boobs in situations on nude characters.

Oh man, the "long click gimmick" gave me quite a surprise.

Not sure how I feel about them. I mean, it's fine, I guess? But I'm much more interested in things like adjusting model outlines than alien facehuggers spreading their wings.

Click and hold on the girl parts, and they now open and stay there. It only really looks proper if the girl's in a seated position and there are fingers positioned correctly to be holding it open, but it's a thing.

My main issue is that it's so detailed with soft lines while we're still stuck with flat, black-outlined bodies.

Hair is really nice now (more hair still needed, but more hair will always be needed.)

"Dresses" added some nice options to the limited clothing, but the inability to change outlines makes them not fit very well with the new hair bits and girlbits.

I'm hoping that means bodies and clothing will be updated to match in the future.
