Yeah. This is basically the personalities/difficulties I've come up with so far.

Heroine: Not especially tomboyish or girly either way. Openly lesbian. This causes a stir among the girls at their all-girl's school.

Girl A: Normal Mode. Very tomboyish. Hates your guts at first because she thinks you're an attention whore for declaring that you're gay to the whole student body. She admits that she's gay fairly early on in the story, but you butt heads for a while before she actually starts to fall for you.

Girl B: Hard Mode. Nerdy class rep and total prude. Hates your guts because she thinks homosexuality is wrong and perverted. But eventually, after you crack through her rough shell, she ends up breaking down and admits that she's a closet lesbian and is ashamed of herself, and it's your job to assure her that her feelings aren't wrong.

Girl C: Easy Mode. Feminine and sweet. She doesn't identify as lesbian at first, but it's also partially because she's a bit naive and has never even really considered the possibility. She becomes friendly with you out of curiosity, of what it is like to be gay. In the end, she realizes that she's really always been gay, she just thought that her disinterest in boys was just her being immature.

Export the character code, find the values you want to change, change them (in a text editor or in the import window) and import the changed code.

It's easier, when you give the thing you want to change a recognizable value. You can also cut off parts of the code by clicking the buttons in the export window to make things easier to find.

Oops, I should've been more specific. I meant like what number do you guys use for the leg positions, etc. Mine still end up looking kind of "floating" and not really resting on the ground. I titled the head down and that helps, but the legs really look like they're just kind of sticking out.

I'd say it's due to a combination of the facial features being kind of small, and the body's big size - I think the huge tits evoke the thought of sagging a bit too much, and the dress looking really frilly/victorian/whatever is adding to that.

Might be just as simple as removing the mole, though? Who knows. Let's hope I'm not falling into the same pitfalls.

Its an indie show so its a little rough technically, but I like the characters.
The writing can be clunky but the dialogue doesn't feel formulaic. Which is refreshing.

The nice thing is each episode is an average of 10 minutes long.
So if there is 12 minutes of story, that what you get. Its not padded out to 22 minutes to fit a network slot.
The entirety of season 1 and 2 are only 5 hours.
So you can easily watch a season per night if you wish.
Its such a small time commitment compared to so many series.
Why not give it a chance?

Worked perfectly fine for me.

We also got a new update today. Seems the 1, 2, and 3 keys affect the colors and outlines of things like cat ears and tails (pressing either 1 or 2 will make cat ears match the color of the selected girl's hair, for instance). Might be some other stuff too. I personally don't use those things much though.

Photoshop, my friend. That's sadly the only way I could get it to work.

I suck with ps (or rather my ancient, outdated copy of ps sucks with colors), so I saved two different versions of the outfit - one white and one red - and manually copy/pasted parts of them them as I wanted until I got something I liked.

And yeah, the makeup is a bit strong, though that's just kind of my thing. I like cute, tomboyish, and cool girls, and then sometimes I like really dirty nasty girls. Eclectic tastes for the win.

The dress was made by combination of belts, and covering up black outlines with same-colored webdings text (the g webding helps a lot.)

As for an idea for a dress, you may want to consider stretching one belt way beyond its vertical limit (by importing a value >100) so that as far as editing goes, you'd only have to draw one horizontal line where the seam between the "belt" and skirt meet.

I think arm positioning needs a major update, especially in regards to interactivity with other characters as per >>1775538
Maybe by giving the arms and other bodyparts variable depth values in dependance to the overall position of the character or something like that. I'm not quite sure how the program draws the characters though, so I have no idea if it is at all possible as it is.

You have a point about the thighs, though. Wish this game would get an update that put hips and thighs on separate sliders... will probably never happen though. Hopefully we get body markings soon so I don't have to do this with hair.

Completely agree that hips and thigh size should be decoupled. Body marks would probably not do much though. Considering that the face markings layer below everything else, it's unlikely that you could construct a butt out of them.
Also, I'd use the shadow color the program provides. It's not noticable with the middle girl, but left and right have too much contrast between the shadow at the back of the knee and of the buttocks in my opinion.

This really is something that needs to be addressed somehow.

My hackneyed solution was to make a centered circle (since I figure that a circle is one of the most basic shapes you can use in Flash), make it very thin and wide, and use its edges to determine spacing between symmetrical facial features.

Heads get slightly bigger when you increase overall body size.
If you want to scale the head size more finely, you can change it directly in the code. In the given one it's the value set at 4000.

You can make the head, legs and lower body disappear, (no idea about the needed values though) but I'm pretty sure you can't do the same with the arms and the torso. You can hide them with background-colored hair-bits or other characters though.

It's possible to rotate the arms up behind the head, and then enter a large negative value for shoulder width to hide them. You can use the circular hair bit #43 to re-make the shoulders.
