I'm asking this because knowing Japan during these decades, most anime was likely filled to the brim with skirt flips and clothing damage. Do you know any? (P.S. Any anime made after 1999 will not work. It HAS to be from the 80s or 90s. Also, preferably if the panties are white and cotton.)
