Hmm, I guess from a purely cosmetic standpoint I can think of a couple 'lovelies' as you called them, uhh.. I quite enjoy Yuuka from the Touhou games (I've never played them, I just like her outfit and hair :X) Tomo from Seikon No Qwaser, the Witch from Dragon's Crown (Again never played it,) Haruka from Senran Kagura, Iori Rinko from I think Gundam Build Fighters (Which I've never watched, I've just seen a lot of pictures of her :S) You probably notice that I haven't actually watched or played the media most of these characters are from, and it's usually because I just happen to have liked most of the Ecchi/Hentai I've seen of them.
There's more I'm sure, but that's all I can think of right now.
