Not in those exact positions, per say, but I'd imagine that it gets really gross and sweaty down there too, so I don't understand why you wouldn't air it out? And use an actual fan to speed up the process?
It doesn't dry up the "wetness" that comes out from being aroused, that's a lot thicker and slimier to just evaporate from it. It just dries up sweat, like, you know. The rest of your body when it's being cooled down.
