The MC must now take the responsibility of the robot because he promised that he would give her back the robot when the robot was done resting, and doesn't want to get in trouble. Since the MC is the robot and the robot is her clothes, the MC gets all embarrassed and flustered, and therefore cannot maintain focus on his current outfit form. So he loses control and accidentally changes into the form of lingerie, which you see here, making him even more flustered and thus making the clothes go berserk.
