No offense, but work on your basics. Understand when to push buttons and when not to.
At lower leagues, play very defensively - wait for the DP, block it, crush counter punish for max damage.
/v/ sucks at everything, they can't help you anyway. Currently the best places to learn street fighter basics are youtube and (gasp!) r/streetfighter
