>>1898061My way is undoubtably the most inefficient and probably has the least practicality, but I just used the magic-wand tool to highlight as much of the flesh I was comfortable with, copied it onto a new layer, then modified the new layer's colors uniformly through changes to saturation and brightness and whatnot. In one or two I got successful with color filter use too.
It has very obvious limitations, but in some cases it's all you need and less work than you'd expect (especially .png files with relatively little color gradient).
