I don't remember a manga with three different heroes with their own skills that have nothing to do with each other, co-op against three different villains.
There is always some kind of common enemy and the characters skills usually come from the same source like in Naruto everything is about jutsus or in one piss is all about fruits.
This alone is a kinda interesting premise.
