There is also a safe, medical way for girls who are on birth control. I think it's called Domperidone. However you spell it, during her cycle where the pills she takes are placebos (if you know anything about birth control, these are the pills that allow the occasional period), also flood her body with Domperidome. 2 pills a day with each placebo is the recommendation from the website that I read this from. This flood of hormone plus suckling will trick the body to react as if birth was recently given or some such and lactation will almost assuredly be induced (as long as the suckling is done right...which I can't tell you what is right or not.)
