As a result of the breast size definition change, some taggers received huge mod power decreases due to the downvote penalty acceleration. That was due to the amount of penalty for each bad tag increasing if that user had a lot of downvotes in their history. I remember some taggers coming to irc and complaining about the mod power dilemma due to one vigilante persecuting the users he didn't like or who had disagreed with him in the forum threads. He sure got his revenge that time with downvoting instead of deleting.
