For some context it's not as great as you might think, the main character appears to have been turned into a toddler while his comrades are fighting some monster bee demon thing with a hive-like head. The creature's wasps can enlarge body parts with a sting and being a pervert he makes them sting the blue haired girl (who is flat) in the chest and the other girl in the ass (you can kind of see it in the gif, it's cartoony and warped)
Some other magic witch girl shows up to fight but gets stun in the tits and ass and the main character, being a baby latches onto her chest and starts trying to breastfeed if I remember correctly.
In her flailing I think the demon gets the shit smacked out of him.
Either way I'm sure some other anon knows exactly what it is. I'd say it's not worth it if you're expecting something to fap to, it was obviously meant to be funny.
