Spoilers, they're not going to be used in any sort of release. The resolution is good enough for that. The resolution on the decrypted images however is ideal. When editing scanned pictures the ideal resolution you should resize them to is 1600 pixels in height, width should be scaled accordingly of course, goes without saying. Can you guess the resolution for the decrypted images? Ding, ding, it's 1600p height! Decrypting releases essentially saves you 60-80% of the cost in ordering the hardcover version AND it saves you many, many days the volume would've otherwise spent on a delivery truck.

At the moment the likelihood of another OVA is slim since they are now promoting an OVA of the Haifuri anime and I heard they are making a second season of that show. If by May or June we don't hear anything it's not too likely it's gonna happen.

What helped DxD and TLR is the level of commitment the studios had in the series and the amount of focus they gave their respective anime. They sold the anime and every form of merchandise possible. IMS messed up because they treated Testament like a project intead of THE project. DxD and TLR pump out so much promotional content and new material that more and more people start watching while shinmai feels like it's just kinda there. No one knows about the series because IMS isn't trying hard enough to get them to know.

I hope shinmai gets another anime and it does not matter what studio is behind it. The breast drawing and animation in seasons 1 and 2 sucked. The nipples looked terrible and all the girls' cup sizes kept changing depending on the scene and angle. I want a anime with really good art and body designs. What they need to do is reboot the manga entirely. If Comicwalker is too pussy to go all in, there are plenty of other magazines that will, I guarantee you. Second, the more serious manga magazine publishers do not tend to work on ero manga. The single greatest exception to this is in modern times is To Love-Ru. But TLR is the exception that proves the rule.
This is because the ero manga market is much smaller than the mainstream manga market (which is what Shinmai Maou shounen ace tried to target).
Nor is it common for artists and writers whose real names are known and published to associate themselves with ero manga works. In Japan most erotic works are made under a pseudonym. Voice actors, artists, writers, even animators all use fake names. This is because there is an inherent stigma towards these titles.
And also why it was completely unexpected for Nekosuke to illustrate Mio's sex scene in vol 10, since Nekosuke Ookuma is his real name. He normally goes under j.c.pandam when working on ero works.
