NoFap is a community of people patting themselves and each other on the back over and over again, and talk endlessly about how it's making them better, more moral people, and oh when will the rest of the world learn what we already know. A lot of it consists of people who sincerely believe they are better on an ethical level than people outside their community.
For a group of people who've supposedly given up masturbating, NoFap is insanely masturbatory, on a level most other online communities never even begin to approach.
