Although, come to think of it, you might not want that, either.
Anyways, my advice is to simply have patience, and be willing to set aside several hours of time at once.
Think of something you want to see, and draw it as slowly and meticulously as you need to.
If something looks wrong, fix it little by little.
Use pencil and eraser, not digital, at least to start.
Do this long enough, and you're well on your way to creating your own harem of pencil drawings!
