I know there is a post with the rules, but I don't understand what is necessary to start a thread like others I see below. (Please don't tell me to hit the "Start a New Thread" button: it doesn't make sense at all). I am new on 4chan and PLEASE be helpful. Thanks to everyone who can explain me something. :)
