Family of Debauchery has a scene with a dog but it's pretty old and the animation is cheap.
Kowaru no Toki episode 1 has a scene with a bull/steer but you barely see the animal, it's mostly the girls reactions
Mahou Shoujo Erena episode 1 has a scene with demonic monster wolves
And that's about it except for a few second-long scenes of dogs licking crotches, unless you want to expand your criteria to include animal/men monster hybrids
