Second doesn't really fall in any of the options given there. But I don't think that post tried to divide every fantasy setting in just three of them, it only gave the most common ones...well, at least with "medieval" and "technomagic".
Postapocalypse isn't really a common setting for fantasy this days, its more related to sci-fi. Well, of course it exists postapocalypse fantasy, specially in the 80s Amon saga, Violent Jack, Milenium Dragon, Madara, Bastard, Luna Varga...there is also Shanara chronicles if we go to west literature. But in general postapocalypse is more related to sci-fi than to fantasy.
"Medieval fantasy", "Victorian fantasy", "contemporary fantasy" (or Urban fantasy) and "Futuristic fanasy" (regardless of being post apocaliptic or technological futures) sounds a better division to me. Although, then again it wouldn't cover absolutely everything.
