I remember how astounded I was back then, over how realistic and pretty these characters looked. I always found the girls in animes to be more appealing than the ones in school. They were brutish, loud and had ugly faces, while the girls in anime were soft-spoken, feminine and with little stub-noses. I was captivated by this picture and NEEDED to have it.
