Sure, they're all nice and basic, but you people are really damn vanilla. You really need to find the joys that are huge ballgowns and wedding dresses.
Firstly, the girls form is forced to stand up more since there's most likely a corset underneath all that satin/silk finery, and her legs are forced to stay a bit more together if the corset underneath is long, this is followed by the tight grasping feeling of the corset against ones body, which is only amplified by the gown on top. Then the big skirt that restricts the girl to only move in certain areas on their own, as it's too big to go through doors without the help of someone else, and when the girl isn't trained in wearing such a gown, they'll be more conscious of where they'll put their legs, meaning they're kind of hobbled.
They can't lower their arms to their sides like they'd be wearing something more normal, since the huge poofy skirt gets in the way, meaning they also need to be more aware of where will their hands go, and in a pair of silken tight gloves to conceal their beautiful slender fingers, even the motions of their fingers become more elaborate and considered.
Finally, not many would want to break such an outfit, or dirty it, so the whole demeanor of the girl shifts into being more careful with their movements, they are effectively forced to be more meek than they would usually be.
And I've only scratched the surface, without even talking about things like headpieces, jewelry, possible poofy sleeves, haircuts to fit the outfit, coats that'd go over the dress, the heels they'd wear, the panties and petticoats underneath the big skirts.
I mean, if you're going to call something a fetish outfit, at least have a good reason for defining your fetish outfits. I bet you never even think about the material the outfits are made of.
