the only reason i stopped watching is because how unbearably shit the episodes become in dressroa, what i mean is that very little happens in 20 minute episode, 5 minute intro, then 3 mnutes explaining what is going on, then staredowns and just shots of characters standing, maybe something happens, anime does have sometimes more moments that manga, especially right now where you are, i'm not gonna spoil it for you of course, but during the timeskip you already know about every character will have their story in their place, and anime will take it a lot further than manga, in which it's just few extra panels...
When you get annoyed in how dragged out the episodes are switch to anime, it being black and white may be offputing at first but i don't mind anymore, also the thing with manga is that you realise how damn good oda is at positioning panels to go with story. also when you finish and catch up i suggest reading the colored manga from the start, right now i think it is colored up to chapter 725 or so...
