The only hits for the word "Tsukiaikata" (from the manga's title of "Mone-san no Majime Sugiru Tsukiaikata") are four posts across all of desuarchive/ archived.moe, yielding only two pages from it, which I included in pic related. The manga seems to not even be scanned, and the anon above seems to've only mentioned it to entice us to find out when it surfaces, if it ever does.
That doesn't answer how he found that page or how the other page was found, though, so maybe it's somewhere public, only not mirrored and hosted everywhere yet.
