>>2165778My post was mainly criticizing the artist, rather than giving the guy shit for not knowing of the artist. I just meant to convey it's really standard to know of the artist, and you can't really inhale ecchi (or especially hentai) without coming across them often. My only "criticism" was of the guy's ignorance, and I mean you either know of a popular artist or you don't. It's fair to not know, but I still find it ignorant in this scene, because it is.
>>2165779Tbh I was trying hard not to project, but I'm really just about the stomach/ groin area. I feel asanagi barely shows it any love. The constant rape and mindbreak themes would get a free pass for me if he drew anything close to a hews hack tummy. Asanagi draws very distinct lines, so I feel his art lacks softness, and subtlety. I look at an asanagi girl, and I have other criticisms, but I mainly just don't feel a girly vibe at all. Maybe that's his appeal- just wide hips and tight-bodied females to pick up and use as an onahole- but I'm not about that at all.
Anyway I didn't mean to turn this into the asanagi discussion hour, nor make anyone else feel uncomfortable contributing on-topic content to the thread. I projected a lot and spoke from a soapbox as if I'm the arbiter of what's fair ignorance, or not. I have a loud mouth and acted as if anyone gave a fuck, but either way this is super sideways to the point of this thread, so my bad.
