They should all be tagged "no_panties", but the butt peek is meant to be tagged "gluteal_fold", and the definition from the front is meant to be tagged "groin". The "groin" tag is used pretty reliably, though.
To compensate for shitty tagging your best bet is to search "no_panties -rating:explicit". There are a lot of artists who do the butt peek thing casually, whenever they can, but it probably won't be tagged to reflect that at all.
