It took me half an hour to convince the guy at Gamestop that: it existed, it wasn't a download only, it wasn't out of print, was released in this country, they sold it in the store, and that I wanted a new copy. Got sent across the state ultimately, but he did finally locate a brand new copy for me.
So not only did I get my game, but I got my CD, keychain, and sexy Hilda poster.
