I started this VN and the story is good but I heard the hentai scenes are at the very end. I'm heading to work but can anyone recommend VNs like this and Katawa Shoujo except with more H scenes throughout?

See, here's the problem. You can have either G-Senjou or Katawa Shojo where you get a story of two people falling in love and you get a sex scene or two at the end, or you get a Nukige where it's all about the sex and the plot is meaningless bullshit meant to be an excuse for all the sex.

You do find the occasional in-between game where you have some romance and 5 or so sex scenes, but those are the exception and not the rule.
