It's been a while since the last thread. I hope that we can keep petty, childish drama out of this one. I would very much like to see the Kisekae community come back.

Always remember to keep experimenting to allow your personal style to evolve. Kisekae has a lot more creative potential than it seems, you can do some pretty cool stuff with the program if you set your mind to it.

Pro Tip: Holding spacebar allows you to move most sliders beyond their limits, allowing you to go into the negatives or beyond 100. This is essential for many things, especially small details on clothes or adjusting the body sliders to allow for masculine body types.

And before anyone asks: sorry, but I do not give out character codes.

I'm a veteran user that hasn't really been around on /e/ in a long time, but I may post here and there if people care for my stuff enough.

This game has 153 characters online now, and EACH of these have over one hundred kisekae images in all states of undress: fully clothed, underwear, nude, and everything in between. And they banter with each other like a big crossover game. It's kind of amazing.

If you've never tried the game or haven't for a few years, it's worth a look.

Pretty sure the development of this has been on and off for over a decade now.

For another example look at what that Feel the Flash Kasumi game morphed into and that game is like 15 years old now if not more. 15 years of development.

So I tried downloading the offline version since flash player is going downhill tomorrow. Downloaded adobe air and everything, but everytime I run the .exe, avast vaults the file away claiming it contains "IDP.generic". Is there a way to fix that?

Went to the original website, it doesn't work, followed a link on the page, downloaded a .exe and it works fine but is a Safe for Work version, no nudity.

Downloaded a .air file and couldn't open in. Looked around, think I got something for .AIR files but can't run it.

Poked some more, turns out I can open it with WinRAR. Open the .air file fine and extracted it. Can't seem to run anything from here, opened a .SWF file in Firefox but it does nothing.

What on earth am I meant to be doing?

Air still has a restriction against running multiple instances of the same application. To get around this, you can make a copy of the whole kisekae folder and edit the copy's application.xml file in kisekae/META-INF/AIR. It probably only requires changing the id (and don't put special characters in it or else errors), but I also changed the filename and you can change the title bar name. The save data is separate for each copy so you can have unlimited saves, and you can use the second window to censor things that aren't allowed on /e/.

You need to install the executable file from https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime . If you are on Windows, it will automatically update your previous air version (on MacOS you may need to uninstall the previous version for it to update correctly, not sure), and then you should be able to launch the new .air file for kisekae, which will update it

So I've tried installing adobe air to play the game, but all I get when I do is this error message.
And then when I try to uninstall and reinstall it the same error message pops up and refuses to uninstall the program, and the only way I can remove it is with a system restore.

The real meat of the game which lets you actually get creative is using the belts and bows tabs to create custom clothing, which will allow you to make things like longer skirts.

You can do some really high-detail stuff, though there definitely is limitations and a fair bit of a learning curve to move from basically using all default stuff to making custom clothing and hair styles.

it's not super hard to get the back of a head cheesed with some extra hair bits, but the fact that the hands are always backwards bugs me and i just sort of have to hope people don't notice. it's worse for standing since the knees are also backwards. the most complicated thing i've done is get a sort of hands and knees pose, but even then i've seen people do a better job than i've been able to do.

one is the Spnati one, which has a lot of problem people that love drama and have high ego's

one is "Kitchen" which is even more drama-filled and ran poorly according to most people here

then there was a 3rd server that some people that left Kitchen made but I don't remember the name of it.

idk if any but maybe spnati do public invitations anymore though. Seems like this community is too prone to drama and arguing. Really needs to be a server that's more open to everyone and not just snowflakes or high-ego idiots.

Are you using photoshop for these bodies? I remember there used to be some keys for expanding or fading body parts, but I don't know if that still works.
