NicoRipper (For NicoDouga 3D MMD models) got found out and any of the files/links are redirected to 1 free model only. Does anybody know who made it, if there is a site for updates, if anybody like me can help do something to update the thing or help etc.?

The most important thing would probably be to find out how they ripped it, so that you can pull in your own backup (and hopefully someone reups their own) before the codebase changes much. Or if it is open source, be able to patch it.
A cursory search on github pulls up nothing for me, but that doesn't mean much.

You could also ask in the MMD thread, but that tends to be watched by model makers who have an axe to grind >>2562725 .

the ripper was brought from someone in /g/ to the mmd thread, your best bet is mencioning the bad news, sadly that would mean a batch of anon shitting on the mmd thread because they talk too much about it, and if they managed to patch it they will keep it in secret because of this
