It's not so much the art that gets to me, but the context. I've always had a thing for "normalized nudity", a world where being naked is the ordinary thing to do and no one is bothered by it.
It's not a simple matter of naked = erotic because there's millions of manga with naked chicks, it's more the undertones and context of how the nudity is treated. The last chapters of Iinari come to mind as another example, even despite how stupid they were within the grand scheme of the plot.
