look Great Mosu, proportion wise is not good or realistic but a huge bubble ass and giant tits is what everyone remembers and likes of his style.
Also, maybe you need to consider the context of the character, Akane is young (don't compare with milf/mature characters) in a "normal world" who is corrupted, while Kanan (gal x otaku) is more slut overall with a "slutty body".
if you compare the milf of Himawari with Terena they are close in proportions.
if you compare Akane with old takeda, Akane looks exaggerated.
TL;DR: his style is changing but I think it's not as much as you think. he's just focusing on making the characters more hot to moder standards.
