However, if your filename is "img007.jpg, " that implies someone did scan it at some point and uploaded the whole comic online on a site which either preserves the filename or uses that renaming convention. Probably some random Japanese dude.
Unless you remember the sites you were grabbing rips from besides exhentai, the trail ends there. It's only been reposted on /e/ once before going by archive hash searches of all boards.
