I vaguely recall something about the busty chick the MC is obsessed with needing to piss, and I think he convinces her to do her business, and he uses the piss with sand to camouflage himself. And then another instance, the two are stuck in some kind of facility, and the girl has to piss and does so while the MC watches her and wanks off. Might be mistaken on some details, as it was ages ago when I saw the show, but those bits did stand out.
