If you want some panels translated, you can restart the translation general in /h/ if you want, if it's not too much, I can translate a few pages for you if you post them there. /e/ isn't the really the right place for this sort of question.

deepl.com would be the most accurate one, it gets the gist right most of the time. Other useful threads could be the scanlation thread on /a/ and the Japanese learning thread on /jp/ (to learn how to do it, I doubt that they will take requests).
