I remove the brightness to remove the steam (which in the case of the previous image is on the whole image)
increase the contrast until you can see the part you are interested in, in our case the tits and the ass, but beware that if you increase it too much the part where the steam is makes everything black
encrase colour balance a bit ion the part we need
to make more pink the pard ""xrayed"" encrase "red" to make the part you are working on less dark. it will never be like the original but it is better looking
