Anon, if you drew before and quit because you "couldn't do it," know that you weren't bad because of lack of talent, just lack of practice. It legitimately takes tens of thousands of drawings to draw at a professional level. That's like two or three hours a day for ten years straight.
But you don't even have to draw at a pro level or even be very good for friends and family and other artists to like your art. As long as you're drawing, you can have fun while you slowly improve, and people around you will appreciate you for your effort.
Sorry if this post is presumptive. The wording for your original post was just so fucking sad to me for some reason. If you don't actually care about drawing and you're just having fun making ecchi images, then that's fine. But if you think "I wish I could draw," then please just go draw. ):
