If you're after any critique, I think the dialogue could be a bit more natural, mainly because while Ulti being a giddy little fangirl is precious I think she'd still keep up her rude and abrasive tone regardless of whoever she's talking to
I haven't seen Film Red though so I can't comment on how Uta would react to being disrespected, but it'd probably be funny
I kind of want to write a Nami x Ulti fic sometime, those are two characters with much more in common than they seem
