Character is initially excited to have sex, but it goes wrong somehow, becomes overwhelming or is way rougher than expected. They want to back out but can't escape now. Consent is either totally lost or only regained through mindbreak.

It doesn't technically have to be "instant" but that's a catchy phrase so I'm using it as the OP title.
