The youkai tell him, why not just fuck her brains out? But of course she's his sister. This confuses the youkai because incest to them is meaningless, marrying his sister is completely acceptable in Monobeno, so why not just help her with her curse?
So that's how it starts, of course he doesn't fuck her, because she's his precious sister. He needs to find out who put the curse on her and how to remove it. The town comes together to help because the siblings are precious friends. There are multiple girls to meet, some youkai, some not. Date them, marry them, have kids with them. It's a very sweet, dreamlike game if you have the capacity to read it or willingly put up with machine translations.
