That sort of thing you'll have a lot of tweaking. You'll get random file names, duplicates at other resolutions.
Seem like you have to click on those images to actually get the correct resolution. You can filter by resolution but you can get too aggressive and lose stuff if one is oddly low for some reason. You will want the tabs isolated, if you open it with ones other than the posts in it, it'll crawl all the images from all the pages, which just makes it needlessly full of clutter. Just trying it out, it doesn't seem to have any weird stuff specific to that website, so it wouldn't take some extreme amount of time at least in terms of what I would consider.
You'll have more time in the back end in terms of cleaning up the output and naming files if that is your goal.
While you could open up a bunch at a time, and download at once, might be cleaner to just go post by post and just create a folder with the post name with the output of the single run and put them in there, more front end time but you'd save it on the back.
