Not trying to be a dick, but in this case, complaining won't do anything since OP has been making this thread every year for many years and people end up liking Doppel. What are you gonna do to stop it? He clearly doesn't care about anyone other than himself. Either hide the thread so its out of sight and you'll forget about it or be upset it exists and people are posting in it, I don't know what else to tell you man.
