Asia and Koneko got hit the hardest.
Hero looks cheaper and lazier, with *lots* of background unanimated low-detailed faces that stare into nothingness. This wasn't as noticable in the first three seasons.
If we were to rank all the season (not just animation wise), my rating, ascending from worst to best, would be 4, 2, 1, 3.
Gonna start reading DxD Ln starting from Volume 11.
