The thing with fanarts, artists tend to take some liberties, like making bigger breasts for flat girls (very very common for Tatsumaki for example), or you can be slightly bothered by the artist's style, even if it's good, you'll think "Not bad but she's not totally like this", "Her eyes aren't that big", "She doesn't have the same face form" etc...
It's very very rare when an artist can get the "official style" style. One of the few artists I know is Magu (
