The other is when she's in her second trimester as her pregnancy becomes obvious as her growing belly is doming out out more and more every day but isn't yet bulging and her smaller bump is a more integrated part of her figure and holds the promise of much more to come (ideally growing into the first camp). This look usually peaks around the 4th and 5th months IMO.
It's such a pity both looks are so rare in preg art.
