In the case of domestic violence the harm even if it's not medically significant is primarily to the psyche, right? Consent greatly alleviates that. Like, I'm sleeping on my stomach today because I played videogames too much this week and overstrained my eyes. Did I get harmed? In the sense that there's superficial damage to my skin and muscular tissue. But it's less harmful than forming and persisting in a bad habit, as well as the consequences of the bad habit themselves. My only gripe is it didn't happen sooner.
