It's about a brother and sister who only eat fruits and it makes them taste good and seem more attractive (smell i think?). Their grandma uses their bodies to make herself money and the fruit they need the most are peaches. There's one part where the sister had to pee in a mans mouth and she had to have sex with her brother but chose not to do it(and the brother dresses up as her at some point but i can't remember the reason). She had to convince their doctor to have sex with her so she didn't have to do it with her brother then he went crazy just helping her. The doctor was friends with a woman (she had a crush on him) and she got concerned when she saw how he was. She ends up visiting the siblings and gets them out of that living situation. There weren't many chapters and it was pretty niche Ig. I found it on the manganelo APP (i cant access the app so I'm not sure what to do). I've look for so long and found nothing on it.
