This is UY-Scuti and he was the supposed protagonist of some shitty shonen-esque story I wanted to create many years ago but in the end I didn't do anything. (but I still like to draw him)
Part of his backstory was that he is an human infused with the cells of some cryptid horned creature (making use of some absurd biomagic shit), to create a new generation of humans with more afinnity to awaken supernatural powers. He has 60 brothers and sisters like him, scattered all over the world (whom he has never met).
